
Our hotel is set in an historic Victorian house built in the 1880s by a wealthy ship owner during the Tees Valley's boom years. The suburb of Eaglescliffe sprung up around the world's first railwayline, running from Stockton to Darlington, and originally running right in front of our hotel. To the rear of the hotel, you can enjoy a walk or relaxation time in our fantastic park-like gardens. Or simply relax in our large conservatory.
