St Olaves is a small, intimate, character hotel situated in the heart of the historic City of Exeter. You will discover the "oasis" of a hotel sitting resplendent in its own Walled Garden in theoldest part of the city, yet only 400 yards from the Cathedral itself. We have a total of 15 bedrooms including 2 suites. St. Olaves is an attractive Grade II listed Georgian mansion originally built in 1827 by the merchant James Goldsworthy.

The Turf provides a wonderful setting where you can relax and enjoy great food and drinks and friendly service from a family run pub. Clive and Ginny Redfern took over Turf in 1990 and, together withtheir sons James and Oliver, have continued to renovate and improve this fascinating timber framed slate hung listed building. This is a proper pub. There are no carpets, just pine strip floors making our pub ideal for muddy paws and muddy kids.
