About the Business
The Carlton Hotel and Restaurant is situated in the main thoroughfare at Peel Place, High Street, Montrose. Considering the hotel dates back to the late 1700's, it is in excellent condition throughout and many of the original features still remain in situ. The hotel has been under new management since November 2007 by the well known locals Graeme and Natalie Lamb. It has eight en-suite bedrooms and two restaurants, which also incorporates a lounge bar. The owners live in the premises and therefore able to offer all the usual home comforts. The hotel also boasts an enclosed private car park at the rear of the premises and in addition the owners will provide free local transport as required.
