Royal Victoria Hotel

The Royal Victoria Hotel is the ONLY hotel in the town centre. A beautiful listed building set in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. The Grade II listed hotel dates back to 1830 and was named after a visit by the Princess Royal and her mother in 1832. Today it operates to full capacity, catering for casual drinking, a la carte meals, and events along with comfortable accommodation and extensive function facilities. The management have been in operation since March 2010, when the hotel underwent a major refurbishment to modernise and enhance the building's facilities and aesthetic appeal.
