About the Business
Henry and Bex are both originally from Oswestry in North Shropshire - just up the road really. The Castle Hotel is their first business together, so it is a big step for them, but they didn't enter the field completely unprepared. Rebecca has worked as a restaurant manager in different countries around the world, and in a variety of other roles within the hospitality and customer service industry. Henry and Bex have both lived and worked in Manchester for the last few years, but missing the country air, they packed their bags and have moved to Bishops Castle.
She could lick an intruder to death, or tire them out with her games. Most have been working here for over 4 years, and some as long as 20! A rare find in the hospitality industry. They really do care about making every customers visit as memorable and pleasant as possible.
