Starboard's hotels are operated under the banners of established industry leaders such as Holiday Inn Express and Days Inn, whilst the company has developed its own high quality tourist hostel brands and implemented a ground breaking model for five-star hostel management.
Combining expert knowledge of the hotel sector and real estate development, Starboard Hotels has also carved out a niche for taking on distressed commercial assets and implementing a change-of-use redevelopment through the acquisition, planning and construction stages. Starboard Hotels has an on-going remit to actively look for expansion opportunities at both the entry level hotel market and also the growing 'luxury' hostel market.
