
Situated in the quaint Cumbrian village of Burton in Kendal is The Kings Arms; a friendly traditional pub offering real food, real ales and cosy rooms. Our pub has a relaxed atmosphere and welcomeslocals, visitors to the area, overnight stayers, families and even four-legged friends! We're proud to have a rich history as an old coaching inn that dates back to 1753, our exposed wooden beams, fireplaces, brickwork and cobbled courtyard give great character to our pub.

The Lisdoonie is a true family run hotel, owned and run by the Cook family for over 35 years. Incorporating two grand semi detached Victorian houses complemented by a large ball room, comprehensivebar, and 12 en suite rooms. We can cater for any number up to 240 coverts whether, for a buffet or full 4 course meal.

Netherwood is a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian mansion situated amidst 15 acres of woodland and landscaped gardens. All our 34 ensuite bedrooms are equipped to a high standard with modernfacilities and amenities. The Edwardian town of Grange-over-Sands boasts a delightful promenade, ornamental gardens with duck pond, and a lovely range of independent shops and cafés.

Hampsfell House was built around 1800 for a Lancashire mill Owner and has had a variety of names during the last 206 years. It's name changed from sandyfield house to Hampsfell House in 1986, butprevious to that it was named Handyfield House. Hampsfell became a hotel in grange over sands just after the second world war, and has since become a very popular place to visit by both residential guests and diners alike.

Towering above the Manchester skyline, with its distinctive clock tower and striking Victorian architecture, The Principal Manchester is a magnificent, terracotta grade 2 listed building steeped inhistory. Rewind back to 1890, when the Refuge Assurance Company paid a sum of £21,000 for an 1800 square yard parcel of land at the corner of Oxford Street, and the beginnings of The Palace Hotel was born.
