One of the most popular hotels on the Island - clients return again and again. Managed with real enthusiasm - the many innovations, amenities, great food and service make The Wight the place to holiday or take a short break on our beautiful Island of Wight!
All 41 bedrooms (each already fitted with flat screen freeview TV with DVD, hairdryer, hospitality tray and digital safe) have now been refurnished, re-carpeted, redecorated and fitted with "blackout" curtains. During the 10/11 Winter all public areas of the hotel (Dining Room, Bar, Lounges, Stairs and Corridors) were also re-carpeted and a good start made on giving the "front of house" a major modernising facelift. During Winter 11/12 works to the remaining areas of the Dining Room and the "entertainment" end of the Bar were concluded and dimmable LED lighting installed. Tower fans have now been added to our already well equipped bedrooms and free Wifi is available, not only in all public areas but also in the vast majority of bedrooms.
