Wensum Valley Gym and Leisure Centre is a modern leisure facility with an extensive range of LIFE FITNESS cardiovascular equipment available as well as a large selection of fixed and free weights, resistance weights and indoor cycling bikes. With over 70 pieces of equipment including kettle bells, bar bells and dumbbells there is everything you could need, even for the most committed of gym enthusiasts. Toning tables and vibration plates are also on offer and the Leisure Team are able to offer 121 support and fitness advice, diet consultations and specialist advice on injuries and rehabilitation. The Gym is complimented by a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, sun beds and spacious aerobics studio. The 12.5m pool at Wensum Valley Gym & Leisure Centre is kept at a comfortable 30 deg C and the Jacuzzi offers the perfect place to relax after your workout, swimming session or fitness classes, as are the Sauna and Steam Room.
