About the Business
All our food is prepared on the premises, using only the freshest ingredients, locally sourced, free range or organic where feasible. The hotel is one of the oldest buildings in St Albans and is situated opposite the ancient Cathedral and Abbey and is ideal for exploring the city. Dine in the hotel's intimate oak-panelled Tudors restaurant and enjoy the excellent culinary delights created by our skilled chefs with menus that change regularly.
Drinks are available to residents and non-residents in the cosy atmosphere of the adjoining bars that include a selection of up to four real ales.
