About the Business
The overall score sits comfortably at the higher grading of Three stars along with cleanliness and bedroom percentages and all the marks in these areas have been further consolidated since last visit. Hospitality was very good this visit and reached a Four star rating which the manager is to be congratulated on. They have spent a lot of money on the Hotel since last and although the manager is happy with the grading and remains committed to maintaining the standards and presentation to the levels required to retain this grading she was interested in knowing what would be needed to achieve a higher rating and I have included this information in this report.
