About the Business
Jupiter Hotels is a new company which is a 50:50 joint venture between Patron Capital, the pan European institutional investor focused on property backed investments, and West Register, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc. Jupiter Hotels currently operate 26 Mercure branded hotels in the UK under a franchise agreement with Accor.
Additionally, we manage 5 properties which are branded Choice Hotels, of which four are 3 star and one is a 4 star Clarion Collection property and 1 independent hotel. This takes our collection of owned and managed properties from 26, up to 32 across the UK.
