About the Business
This charming country house dates back to the 17th century and stands in beautiful walled gardens surrounded by its own rolling farmland in a quiet corner of Teesdale in north east England. It is owned by the Robinson family who have farmed in Headlam for four generations and have a day to day involvement in the running of the hotel alongside a dedicated team of people.
Having quietly evolved over the years since it changed from a private house to a hotel it has kept up with the times but still retained its traditional charm and friendly atmosphere.
