When you are a guest at a large party and the venue doesn't 'quite' get it right its easy to say "oh well, its just one of those things"! Not the case at the Collingwood who were flawless on the night. Pre dinner drinks in the lounge and a chance to meet up with friiends not seen for some years followed by a su.

We're not far short - Situated a mere 500 yards from this famed Salmon and Trout River, we provide a secure Rod Room with Freezer, Kennels, a Gun Locker and a Bar fit to share tales from the river in.

The Collingwood Arms was brilliant the hotel is comfortable and stylish. The food was good value and well presented. The staff were really helpful and pleasant but the best things for us was our 2 dogs got to stay free of charge in a smashing kennel at the rear of the hotel.. They were allowed in the bar during the evening.
