About the Business
The Auckland Hotel is a popular sea front hotel. The Auckland is run by the same family and has been for over thirty years. There are four family partners; Valerie, Peter and Jason Bracken and Lisa Wood.
We have been specialising in providing evening meal, bed and breakfast accommodation for both coach parties and individuals. We believe that an enjoyable holiday is made up of cleanliness, good food, comfortable surroundings and a friendly personal service; which we are confident can be found at the Auckland provided by our team of staff headed by our General Manager, Nigel Walker.
The Auckland is within easy reach of the acclaimed Eric Morecambe Statue, the Stone Jetty, Morecambe Super Bowl, the Cinema and Platform Events Arena. The picturesque Happy Mount Park and Morecambe Golf Club are only a mile away along the level Promenade. Morecambe Town Centre is a mere five minute walk away from the hotel.
