This charming Grade II listed house dating back to 1809, the former rectory to the twin churches St Mary's Lynton and St John's Lynmouth, nestles at the heart of the village giving unparalleled panoramic views over the sea, the harbour, the village and the East Lyn valley. All the sea-facing rooms enjoy magnificent views of where the village and the river meet the sea.
Retaining the ambience of a home of peace and quality, the proprietors Jeanne & Jeremy offer home-from-home hospitality in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Guests are invited to relax and enjoy the wonderful sea or valley views from the luxury of their room, with complimentary tea, coffee or a decanter of sherry. Alternatively, the beautiful lounge offers a stunning sea panorama, somewhere to enjoy a book, take tea, coffee and light afternoon refreshments or savour a drink from the licensed bar, enhanced in autumn and winter by a crackling log-burning fire.
